What is the workshop?
The workshop is for anyone wanting to get to grips with their camera and learn how to take better photos with the camera you have with you. The workshop will cover your controls and how to use your camera to take more creative photos. Any digital camera is welcome including DSLR, Compact System Camera, Mirrorless, Advanced Compacts & Bridge Cameras
The days workshop is designed for beginners to photography and wanting to know how to get the best out of their cameras and take better photos with whatever digital camera they own. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get them answered.
What will be covered
You will cover a wide variety of topics including:
How your camera works
Lens changing & how lenses work (where applicable)
ISO, Aperture & Shutter Speed
JPEG vs RAW and what they are
Focus and Drive modes
Depth of Field and how to use it
What do I need to bring with me?
Your camera, this can be any digital camera is welcome including DSLR, Compact System Camera, Mirrorless, Advanced Compacts & Bridge Cameras
I recommend bringing extra batteries and memory cards along with you
How long is the workshop?
We will start at 10pm and finish around 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break (lunch not included in the price)
Do I need any previous knowledge?
No this workshop is for absolute beginners
What is the cost of the workshop
The price per person is £99. There is a maximum of 6 people per workshop to ensure everyone gets plenty of one to one time.
